Front 2 are wheels and back 2 supposed to be legs about 2" high. Fabric, cushions and mattress (double size mattress) are in very good condition as well as the mechanics for unfolding the mattress also very good condition. Clean. It's very heavy and you will need help to carry it out from our downstairs so bring strong people.
